For the year 2025

In accordance with the Law on the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future, which came into force on 1 August 2018, Horus Pharma publishes a gender equality index for its company, which has between 50 and 250 employees.

This index, which is calculated using four main criteria totalling 100 points, highlights, amongst other things, the pay gaps within companies:

  • Pay gaps between women and men – Score achieved: 35 out of 40 points
  • Gaps in individual pay rise rates between women and men – Score achieved: 35 out of 35 points
  • Percentage of female employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave – Score achieved: 15 out of 15 points
  • Number of employees from the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners – Score achieved: 10 out of 10 points.

Horus Pharma achieved a score of 95/100.
